At the December shareholder meeting of Tempico Medical Processing Co., Inc., the shareholders approved a motion to rename the company to Tempico Manufacturing, Inc.  This is in line with the actual work the company has been doing for the past several years.  This action seems very appropriate since the development of municipal waste treatment equipment and other potential activity expected in the near future.
